During 21 years Kazakhstan has endured the formation of new statehood, simultaneously spending effective economic reforms. This holiday is considered as a symbol of freedom and independence of our state. During the short historical period the people of Kazakhstan have managed to construct the democratic, legal and economically independent state.
Owing to the president of our young and actively developing country, Kazakhstan, successfully having finished a transitive stage of the economic and social development, it is ready to provide new qualitative growth forthcoming years.
Within the industrially-innovative program the new enterprises are established in the country, the agriculture is developed, objects of social sphere are put into operation.
We will sincerely hope that all conceived plans will be realized and that our aspiration will unite efforts for the decision of the vital problems put by the Head of the state in the Message, to promote the further prosperity of our republic.
This gala day I sincerely wish all of you from the bottom of the heart a sound health, peace and harmony, successes and well-being to you and your families! Let our Native land — Independent Kazakhstan  prosper!
